External device configuration (include but not limited to):
– Mouse
– Keyboard
– Wireless display device

Services Not Covered:
Fixing/Replacing damaged or defective devices
Editing, modifying any 3rd party software or applications
Hacking, decrypting or accessing private data or device
Request that violates the local law, copyrights or privacy
Please note, the payment is non-refundable
If the paid ticket is not under IT EASY CO’s service coverage or unable to be resolved, the payment will turn to credit for next request and stay valid until one IT EASY CO solve one request successfully
